Back to the Quick sketches

Holidays are great but the opportunities to sketch can be limited, especially when the wine starts flowing in the evenings... Mind you, the latter doesn't stop me from drawing, but the quality of drawing deteriorates. Too much socialising today. I managed a passable likeness of Lily Allen, which went downhill rapidly when I did the body. I'm struggling with body poses at the moment, just not getting any good ideas. I think my brain might be melting....melting.....melting... (Picture the Witch in "The Wizard of Oz") Time to pull out the comics and books for inspiration. Mind you, after my bizarre request the other week I thought I should include the image he requested

Genius, Cute AND gruesome, all at the same time! I can't see how I could have done it better. The chap suggested I start a new career as a Search engine, because I'd found it in 35 minutes and he'd been looking for months!

So do I post Lily...maybe I'll try another sketch before I do...
